This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the FBLA Advantage development team ("we," "us," "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FBLA Advantage mobile application on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these terms.
Restrictions
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Attempt to circumvent AI safety measures, rate limits, or content filters
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the App
- Share, resell, or transfer your subscription
Subscription Terms
FBLA Advantage Pro is an optional subscription that provides additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App. We may remove content that violates our guidelines.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Updates
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
