By creating an account and using FBLA Advantage ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
- You must be a current or prospective FBLA member, chapter advisor, or FBLA supporter
- Users under 13 years of age may not use the App
- Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or guardian awareness
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One account per person; do not create multiple accounts
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Do not share your login credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Chapter Membership
- Members must request to join a chapter and be approved by a chapter advisor
- Chapter advisors manage membership, roles, and attendance
- Chapter subscription benefits are available only to accepted members
- Advisors may remove members at their discretion
Acceptable Use
- Use the App only for FBLA-related educational and organizational purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
- Do not attempt to manipulate or circumvent AI safety measures
- Do not upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
- Follow the Community Guidelines at all times
Subscriptions & Purchases
- FBLA Advantage Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by your app store
- Pro features include increased AI message limits, all practice test versions, all profile colors, and event coaching
AI Features
- AI features are provided as educational tools and may not always be accurate
- AI usage is subject to daily message limits (5/day free, 100/day Pro)
- Do not rely on AI responses for official FBLA competition submissions
- We reserve the right to adjust AI usage limits at any time
Intellectual Property
Practice test questions, AI-generated content, event rubrics, and app content are provided for educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the App without written permission. FBLA trademarks and branding are property of FBLA-PBL, Inc.
Content Moderation
The App employs automated content filtering and image moderation to maintain community standards. Content that violates guidelines may be automatically flagged for review.
Termination
- We reserve the right to restrict or ban accounts that violate these terms
- Restricted users have a 30-day appeal window
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings
